With his leadership qualities and dynamism, young leader Mayur Ankursheth Kudale is taking the company ahead with passion and precision. As Director of Kudale Patil Builders, he is the driving force empowering functions and growth of the company.
Mayur is forward looking in approach and has many achievements to his credit, including mutually beneficial land deals, size alterations to befit middle class, successful sales and proactive initiatives in branding. He is an innovative thinker and dreamer and executes his ideas boldly and brightly.
Ashiyana, a Kudale Patil project in Narhe is an exemplary case where Mayur applied his idea to great success. The target customers had liked the project and were keen to buy homes here. However, they were facing budget crunch. Understanding their dream and considering their problems, Mayur offered a scheme wherein Kudale Patil Builders offered 7 Years EMI to the buyers. The scheme was a huge success. Mayur is consistently taking the legacy and trust of Kudale Patil Builders a notch higher.
